Registration Terms
Before you place your picture in this web page please read the Registration Terms (hereinafter – the Terms). By posting your picture in the web page you declare your consent with the present Terms. In the event you disagree with the present Terms, please do not post your picture to the web page and do not become a participant of the Pazintys.lt internet portal. The web page reserves the right at any time at its own discretion to amend or supplement the present Terms. Your continued use of the web page after the publication of any amendments of the Terms shall mean your consent with the amendments concerned.
1. Restrictions
You shall agree not to use the web page for any illegal purposes including but not limited to any uploading of any content into the web page, any publication, communication, downloading, storage, recovery and /or dissemination of any content that would: a) violate any copyrights, trademarks or patents, b) constitute a business Secret or other privileged information, c) be offensive or injurious in respect of any persons, d) violate the right of any person to privacy or the publicity rights, e) threaten to incur damage to persons or property or otherwise interfere with any person and (or) f) violate any other laws of the Republic of Lithuania and international agreements. Requirements to pictures: - At least one picture shall clearly display your face and present in a CLEARLY identifiable manner - The pictures must show your image or an identifiable image of a part of your body - It shall be prohibited to post pictures whose copyrights are protected - It shall be prohibited to post pictures with addresses of other web pages - It shall be prohibited to post pictures of children under 7 years of age, unless the child is a relative of yours and unless you are next to him - It shall be prohibited to post identical pictures - It shall be prohibited to post another person's pictures
2. Permission to use to the juniors

3. Forbidden content

You hereby shall agree to indemnify and hold harmless and protect Pazintys.lt, its employees, licensors, licensees and successors of the rights (jointly – "the protected parties") from all and any claims, indemnifications, loss, costs or liability (including the reasonable legal costs and litigation fess) arising from or related to the infringement of the present Terms from your part or from the part of any person acting under your instructions, order or control, including, but not limited to the release, distribution, reproduction or other use of the content published by you or by any other person using your password.
8. Waiver

You acknowledge that your reliance on the continuity of the service is ungrounded since Pazintys.lt has a right to terminate the provision of the service or your membership at any time without a warning, without any reason and with no liability. In the event Pazintys.lt terminates the existence of this web page you acknowledge and agree that Pazintys.lt at its own discretion may decide the way to remove all the content and the information in any possible way. In case of the termination of the provision or the use of the service by any of the party you shall be obliged to destroy all the material and the content obtained by you from this web page.

All references to "us", "our" and "Pazintys.lt" in the present Terms and regulations are the references to Pazintys.lt and its principal and subsidiary subjects. All references to "You", "Your" and "User" in the present Terms are references to the User who agree to the terms of the present Terms and regulations by clicking on "Next" button on the previous page.
14. Liability
The administrators of the web page shall bear no responsibility for errors and interferences of operators of mobile communications.
